Effective from 25 October 2026

1. Who we are

The website taushyraq.kz and the Tau Shyraq cottage resort belong to ZOLOTAYA NESUSHKA LLP, BIN 250440020257, Almaty, microdistrict 12, building 2 (the operator). Address: Alma-Arasan gorge, 18, Almaty.

Contact: +7 706 650 44 98 (calls and WhatsApp, reservations).

2. What data we receive

If you fill in the form on the site, that means your name, phone or WhatsApp number, dates, number of guests, what you are interested in (cottage, banya, gazebo, banquet, menu) and a comment. The form only prepares the text of a WhatsApp message. The site does not send this data to a server or store it: you send the message yourself. If you write or call us, we receive what you tell us.

The site also collects anonymous visit statistics: device type, pages, approximate location and traffic source. Cookies are used for this.

3. Why we use data

to answer questions and confirm bookings;
to organise your stay, banya, gazebo, banquet and meals;
to improve the site and understand which sections are useful.

4. Cookies and analytics

The site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, as well as the Tilda site builder. They set cookies to count visits. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings; the site will keep working.

5. Sharing data

We do not sell your data or pass it to third parties, except where needed to provide a service (for example, a transfer you ask us to arrange) or where the law requires it. Google, Tilda and WhatsApp process data under their own rules.

6. Retention

Data you send us is kept as long as needed to provide the service and keep records, then deleted.

7. Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent to processing. Write or call +7 706 650 44 98. Processing follows the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on personal data and its protection.

8. Changes

We may update this text. The current version is always on this page.
